Anyone know how I can get Avis to invoice me properly for damage, I have a third party insurance. On a recent rental I managed to prang it, causing Avis to bill me GBP926.00 . I do not dispute the charge it was my error, but when I received my invoice from Avis they have just lumped the charge in the total rental cost with no breakdown. My insurance company won,t accept that. I have tried three times now.
