I completed my first "Alaska Listens" website survey in connection with recent flights in F to and from OGG.

Love the approach to soliciting feedback via the new interactive survey as it allows specific detailed feedback on individual flight segments as well as the various ground locations.

If you haven't provided feedback (and wish to), it's much improved over just sending comments to Customer Care.
