I had the same issue when I crossed the 250k threshold last year and selected the NA Business Class FP reward, my Amex AeroPlat FP disappeared, I had to call Amex (& AC IIRC) to have it re-instated, it was a bit of a pain, since the AC people I dealt with had no clue about the Amex privilige pass.
