Where is your card based? Often times, they have special deals for each country anyway. As far as processing, I can't guess BUT I know from my experience with Asiana that they treat their Korean purchased transactions completely differently. For example, I contacted the English line for a refund (I was routed to the US center), but they couldn't help me. The Korean local line refunded me immediately, whereas I had to send for an email request using the US line. Long story short, just book in the country of residence where your card is based.
Thanks for the reply, I'm based in the US, and just wondering where KE US website's booking is processed. Cause I got charged a hefty fee one time booking from turkish airline us site as it was not processed here in the us.
