Hi, I'm planning a trip to Seoul from Houston this coming month, will booking directly from their US website result in foreign transaction fees?

I know more than likely it will be charged in USD, but where will it be processed? It seems my evil credit card will add fees if its not processed in the US (btw, my card is based in the US)
