) for our benefit. Given what I was told by their representative, I do expect the voucher to convert and if it doesn't, they will hear from me.
Did you discuss converting the vouchers to credits? I have had different reports about whether they were doing that.
I did ask about converting vouchers to A+ credits. The answer was not possible. Didn't ask about converting voucher to RR credits.
