I am currently dealing with this problem. Got the credit privileges are restricted. I spoke to a "supervisor" in the us and she said because we closed 2 accts last year there is nothing we can do. I got to this point 45mjns after going back and forth between customer service and application status. Any tips on how to overcome the hump?
