If you will use the phone only for isis, you dont need a plan after initial set up.. Heck, you dont even need to have data (or wifi) when paying or using.. Its just a hardware that stores the card info and passes to POS thru NFC.. So no internet needed.. Just switch to pay as you go and your balance should stay $7 after your first day...
