That is stonkingly good value, I have to say. I am not a huge fan of IHG, but that price is very good, and you did well to even find it. Good luck hunting, you may have to leave it a few months. If you have the Avios, and you don't mind the cancellation fee, you could reserve a redemption place + separate hotel booking that could be cancelled, with a view to scrubbing the booking if something better works out. The other great value way is WTP in a sale plus UUA, but that requires lots of stars to align, and in Dublin you are getting the "crush EI at any price" fares at the moment, so watch the cash fares too.
