You are way, way early at 11+ months out.

I would keep an eye out for sales but in general, only certain fare groups (or discounted conditions but closer to list prices) are loaded when seats first become available. Unless you need to travel on a high demand period (think short-haul bank holidays) you have plenty of time to watch and keep an eye out.

Hotel prices, particularly in New York, are a separate black art and are likely to add €1k per person or more for 10 nights.
