There will almost certainly be another sale on between now and next year, so I suspect, but don't know, that prices will fall between now and then. I think the general advice is that prices are lowest around 8 to 5 weeks before travel, but that is such a generalisation as to be almost meaningless.

Not sure if that's per person or total booking, but as a general rule if you see a price that you like, best grab it (and don't look again!). But if that's per person the lower price for 10 days is indeed good value, depending on the hotel.
