Wow. Can this carrier get worse. The "new UA" is a complete joke. That is a 7 hour flt. OK, perhaps Y, but C?

GIT RID of "Texas Think" management NOW!!!! I know the CEO is from DC, but he picked up some of that Texas wisdom living in Houston and now he is "blowing it" from the "windy city".

DL or HA needs to pick up this route NOW! I only fly it once a year. I will now fly via NRT on any other carrier but UA. Done. Done on this route.
