I am a UA 1K flier who flies almost exclusively ORD-->BKK and since UA dropped BKK I have been looking for options. It now appears to me that both EK and QR are both in play. Today I attempted to sign up for QR Privilege membership multiple times but registration failed at each attempt. First page, third page, etc. Each page just stalled.

So I sent an inquiry to QR Priv for help. I got a return indicating that I was filing an inquiry for missing points/miles. Wrong wrong.

Are they really this screwed up? Does not give me a lot of confidence.
