Award Routing Rules - Is this possible?

Hi folks,

I have a utopian trip that I would like to take, and I would like to hear from you knowledgeable people to see if it's allowed under the various airlines' routing rules.

Here are the legs I would like to have on the trip:
LAX - NRT in businessfirst on UA or ANA 787.
NRT - SIN on whatever's available
SIN - FRA in suites class on SQ.
FRA - JFK in first on LH.

Ideally I'd like to book this through United, since I'm starting with a base of 200k+ miles in my account. And I know SQ and LH have restrictions on when they'll open premier award space to partners.

But would I be able to get all these legs on a single round trip ticket? Or would I have to break it up into multiple tickets since I'm traveling in one direction the whole time?

Thanks for any advice you can offer.
