I should've been more specific. They're all on the same page regarding actual safety procedures, they just refuse to co-operate on things like break procedures and other adminstrative stuff which makes the job harder and more confusing for workers. Morale has always been low and backstabbing is a way of life. Yes, it's kindergarten for adults and I thank the lord I'm only doing for a while to make money for school.
