Wrong. This us-versus-them stuff has got to stop. Smisek makes things worse when he blames pmUA people for the current debacle. CO cabin crews still talking about "... your proud Continental crew" make things worse too. But the solution is not to commit the same stupid sins from the other side of the business.

I think the board and investors will make a push on this once US/AA align further and show it doesn't need to be a disaster in the making like CO/UA.
If DL and AA/US put even more daylight between themselves and this mess over the rest of 2014, I don't know how the BOD can ignore it.
