I arrived in LHR T2 today from YYZ. It's nice and shiny. The walk from the gate to T5 transfer is pretty long. I had a 2 hour connection to a domestic BA flight and for the first time in a very long time, my luggage didn't make it to the destination. I arrived here this morning and the luggage will be 12 hours late, assuming it actually gets delivered. Apparently this has been very common since T2 opened, so if you really need something in your checked luggage, carry it on instead.

UPDATE: I found out today that the cause of the luggage delay I experienced was in T5, not in T2.
