I would try flights.google.com. You can enter an originating airport (SFO, OAK, etc) and leave the destination open for the dates you're looking to travel.

Two days in Europe can be a long way...but I've flown LHR-CDG-SIN and back with a 5 hour layover...so it's not necessarily crazy!

I find Google Flights is a great way to survey options.
