Are these cookies boarded as a dough (like you can buy at the grocery store, like Pillsbury), and baked onboard, or is there some other trick? I've heard they are very tasty.
Kind of makes me reminisce of the great cheesecakes CP used to serve in Y back in the early 90s. Even if the pork or salmon was a bit over-reheated, I always looked forward to desert on CP.
