Stayed at Oslo just a couple of weeks ago. There were maybe three dozen people sleeping at the airport, with nobody paying any attention to them at all. My problem was arriving into Oslo at 11:00 p.m. with a departure the next morning at 6:00 a.m. Hotels are outrageously priced for what would have been just 4-5 hours of sleep anyway.
