I think the ME Super has a back-up mechanical shutter speed of 1/125 if the batts fail and the electric shutter won't work. If the mechanical speed works, you can get by with 400-speed film and varying the aperture using an external meter, or the recommended exposure settings that sometimes are in the film packaging (variants of the "Sunny 16" rule). If you've tried fresh batts and it's no joy, you're looking at a repair job.
