I can tell you personally here in LAS, many "old timers" at UA are gone, and I deal with it weekly.

I know one person that was "let go" after 25 years working for UA, to be replaced with two or three part-time employees. The Union did NOTHING to help this loyal UA employee.

I am based in LAS and I fly UA, DL, AA, and WN weekly. It is just a shame UA turned to this mess.

UA BOD - get a clue!

And as for the Unions - get it together -and work as a team (hash it out). Team UA! And get rid of those Union buttons.
I left once LAS-SFO added a few express, and LAX went mostly express, and DEN eliminated flights and added Express. Then ORD went down to 3 flights a day. Ya LAS is not the same. I wish TED was back. Rar!!!!

WN is my friend from LAS now.
