Last time I took the Pennsylvanian, which was admittedly a year and a half ago, that was true.
As a coach passenger (courtesy of an uncooperative conductor who refused to process an upgrade to business), I had a tough time choosing between the Amfleet Is with wifi and the Amfleet IIs with more leg room but no wifi.
The business car did look more comfortable than the Amfleet I coach cars in the manner Anthony described.
