My wife and I got upgraded to business on CMB-DOH segment of flight to PHL. No status. In fact this was our first trip using QR. Normally use EK but runway disruptions at DXB meant trying QR. Only logical explanation would be a delayed flight out of CMB making it a shorter connection at DOH.
