Arrived from MXP into T5 tonight. Waited a max 5 minutes for my bag to appear on the carousel. This is about normal.

Doing 80 flights per year, I reckon I can count the '30 minute' wait for luggage on one hand. And maybe the 'perceived long wait' it is used as an excuse or justification for those that insist on overloading the cabin with their carry ons.
