For those of you who never connected through CIP Domestic lounge, they have their own security check, and 3 mini podiums for shuttle taking lounge pax to all domestic departures.


*google and flightstats showed and still shows TK2170 as 1-hour delay. flightstats shows TK2170 departed at 19:00; at 18:30 I was told TK2170 was gone, at 18:45 i rebooked on TK2174, at 18:50 boarded....

at 18:50, turkishairlines.com flight-status showed accurate departure times for TK2168 and later departures... for TK2170 it stayed blank





**2 weeks ago I was again in CIP Domestic lounge waiting for ESB flight. I also repeatedly pestered the podiums because the lounge monitor alarmingly flashed "boarding" and "last call" yet actual announcement was never made. Again the podium staff commanded a curt "you can sit and wait." (without ANY explanation that they were late, or when it would expect to board, or from which podium, or to disregard the monitor.... just a brief "no, not yet, sit and wait"). they finally made the call 30m behind schedule
