The reference number is issued by the Sponsor once they have been approved as a Sponsor, it has nothing to do with the contracts.
A lawyer may be able to help you, but I'd bet that partnering with an existing UK based promoter is going to be by far the easiest way to go.
Thats what I'm worried about!! If the band wont get visa I will lose the deposit which is a big amount of money.. Is there any other type of visa that wont require sponsor?.... I have connections with some big companies in UK, is it allowed that a third party who is not the event arranger to provide a sponsorship?
