BA contacted me today regarding a holiday booking which they had made a change to. They left me 2 voicemails and sent me an email. In each communication, they only mentioned the 0844 number. After 40 minutes' wait I lost patience. I later found out that they have an 0800 number which I called. Why was the 0800 number not advised to me? I think I am charged 25p per minute to call an 0844 number.

Not happy.
