Hello, this is an extension to my question, that I had already asked: So, I now know that TK does a status match to *A G (TK Elite) for DL GM. My question is when I upload my DL GM card, do I have to scan the physical copy and upload it, or can I just take a screenshot of my digital GM card? Also, when you give a statement of your miles, do you include this current year, or for the past year as well?

Can I email the documents instead of uploading it? If yes, does anybody the email address? If not, can I use the steps listed in this link? :
