I've used http://romeshuttlelimousine.com/ . The driver meets you at arrivals with a sign with your name, and the flat fare in a nice car is €45 vs. the €48 of a taxi, which may find excuses to charge more. It may be more with the size of your party. They don't ask for a credit card number in advance.
