Yeh, they can violate the agreement, as they already have, but, it is still a violation. As I said elsewhere, they violated the PClub agreement and I had no recourse. I am still a member and glad for what I have, for example, I still get to take 2 guests, despite the cutback for other 1K FF.
And, of course, guys like you supporting violating agreements makes it easier for agreements to be violated. Of course, that means your benefits also. The right you don't defend in others is a right you don't have.
The MM that sued didn't have a statement by the Chairman supporting his case. We do. That issue has not been presented in court, so now your resentment is flowing into assumptions.
