One-way rentals SJC -> SFO vary significantly. Some days you can get it as low as about $20 for SJC-SFO. Other times it's $150+.

SFO-SJC is generally higher, not just due to the $20+ airport fee (compared to $7.50 for SJC), but even the base one-way prices are normally higher.
