Look at the prices of both book the one cheaper and take UA E+

If EVA is cheaper, and whether you have status or not
No brainer to take EVA

Foods better, and service is 1000x better.

Eva Air premium economy is a decent product to look at.

Technically you should be able to find a better Eva Air Rate via Travel Agency than booking via UA direct
