What I was trying to figure out is the "failsafe" way to make sure I'd make my YOW-YYZ-YYC flights when my YYZ-YOW is on a different ticket. I know that unofficial AC treatment in IROPS would get me home, I just don't want to get there YOW-YYC, as that would defeat the purpose.

But I understand from you hearna, that even if I found a tool that showed this would be the same aircraft in normal operations, IROPS (which is what I'm concerned with) would still probably mean my setup of same plane turn doesn't work.
