This may be obvious to everyone, but thought I'd mention...
If you have a credit monitoring service with the "fraud protection" option enabled, your online application will not automatically go through. You'll get a message it is being reviewed. I simply called the number at the top of the wiki, and after a few questions, it was processed and approved. You can call them immediately. No need to wait for them to contact you.
