Didn't think to look in the app, so I just pulled up my account in the Android app on my phone and the base stay and Elite 50% bonus DO show up there (thank you for the suggestion!).
Maybe this is a website display issue, then? Everything in the spg.com display is in the same order as in the Android app, just with those two lines missing.
The multiple lines for this stay are split over a page break on the website, like so:
