Update - SPG replied quickly:
There are no entries in my online account summary for the "base" stay or the 50%. Ultimately if my points total is correct I don't really care, but without a running total in the account summary, I can't really figure that out.

Are you looking at your line items on the web site (spg.com) or on the SPG app?
