When should I expect the annual fee on my Arrival+ to post? I opened the card on June 15 2013 and my billing periods close on the 23rd of each month. So I've had 12 statements, plus a few days into my 13th billing period.

I also only received my new chip and pin Arrival+ card about two weeks ago. Do we think that the sunk cost of them having to produce and send me a new card very recently will make them more likely to offer an AF waiver when I call?
