With the merger complete, AA are now left with a mish-mash of equipment types and configurations. The AA forum has many threads discussing specific equipment types, but often members are unsure which configuration their flights will have, or have questions about multiple flights at once.

This new help desk thread will cater to that type of Help-Desk-style question. Please see the Wiki for threads on specific aircraft types.
