I've had only great experiences with the Medallion line, starting with GM on up.
That being said, I've run into plenty of agents who seem to be behind/not familiar with current policy. One didn't know what an eGift certificate was and then commented that they must be new. In her defense, I suppose they are *relatively* new.
But in every one of these encounters, the agents have been willing to look research the issue and come back with a reasonably correct, if somewhat unsatisfying, response.
