I echo your disappointment with the medallion line. I noticed you're PM as well and not sure if this is limited to those agents. I would assume it's not the same agents that work the DM line, though I could be wrong.

My most recent experiences are very similar in nature. The agents are very nice, but simply uneducated on certain things, upgrades being one of them.
