Again, cancellation of all remaining sectors is the normal consequence of failing to take any flight in your itinerary. We've been through this before, but what you did at BOM didn't go far enough to prevent this automatic action from happening. Had you know the consequences of not travelling as booked, I am sure you would have stayed a little longer at BOM and gotten this sorted out there and then on the day. Deciding to walk away and fix it up later, after the flight had left, was always the wrong thing to do.

You might want to remove your Etihad Guest number from the previous message. People generally don't publish their FFP numbers online.

I don't understand why your EY Guest account is blocked - there should have been no "change of email request during this process". Your email address should still be the same one you were using whenever you last had access to your account. And there should be a standard way of recovering/resetting your password and re-gaining access to your account.

It has not at all been established that Eithad owes you a ticket. You literally walked away from your flight (I understand you believed that the delay to your flight was such that extenuating circumstances were present, but still, showing a willingness to walk away from the airport without having sorted it out at the time was, in my view, a huge mistake). I'm not sure what explanation you expect from Etihad - that flights can sometimes be delayed, or the exact reason for the delay to your flight. As regards compensation/rebooking, again, this is something that should have been settled prior to walking away from your ticket. The fare rules of your original ticket almost certainly mean that you lost all of its value when you decided voluntarily to not fly and to leave the airport. Your earlier references to "making a donation" to Etihad also seem to indicate that you did not fully expect a refund.
