Etihad customer service delaying decision

Hi,
Its been over a week since I wrote to the Etihad social media email and received an automated email indicated it was received, but nothing since.
I could not even change the return sector since it was blocked by Etihad. This has been an extremely frustrating experience for me with Etihad customer service asking me to write here and there and then there is absolutely no answer. Even my Etihad guest account # •••••••••••• has been blocked due to change of email address request during this process.
Is it me or are emails/website-submitted-complaints a thing of the past now (since I've had no answer from Etihad on multiple emails)? Perhaps I need to get back online on FB and twitter and take this up on their FB page? Because phone/emails seem to be inconsequential and Etihad seems least bit concerned that they owe me a ticket or an explanation.
