Check AS and US award availability on aa.com; any AS or US award flights you find there should be bookable with Avios, but you must call BAEC to book award flights on AS.

Once AS starts its PDX-PVR service, YVR-PDX-PVR will be the most cost-effective routing when redeeming Avios.
