I have no experience with taking Magical Express that late in the evening, but all of the times that I've gone I've averaged about 70-75 minutes from the time I physically walked off the plane to the time I was stepping off the bus at my hotel.

Of course since I was arriving earlier and could use the yellow-tag luggage delivery service I didn't have to stop at baggage claim. That'll add a good 15 minutes to your overall plane-to-hotel time.
