For Canadians who collect Air Miles, it appears that DL flights are now available for redemption. Never seen this airline come up in searches before today, so this must be new and there should be announcement soon. While AM flights are not supposed to earn FF miles or give elite tier bonuses, AM tickets issued on AA have earned miles and were eligible for upgrading. This could also be the case with DL flights, so if you do happen to book such an award, once ticketed, go into your DL res and add your FF number, then sign out. (Just don't contact AM or DL to add your FF number.)
