- enquiries relating to missing Avios
- date/destination changes of existing flight bookings
- date/destination changes of existing hotel or car hire bookings
- upgrading existing bookings
- flight booking refund enquiries
- hotel or car hire refund enquiries
- special requests including meals and wheelchairs
- baggage claims
- tracing of delayed baggage
