Hi, I have been a Hertz 5 star Gold presidential etc. for seven plus years. Lately, I've had bad experience after bad experience (esp. at IAD) with no resolution or even an attempt at making me feel better about continuing to rent from Hertz. I average 225+ days of rental per year from them but they don't seem to care if they lose my business or not.

So I want them to lose my business, but I'm not a fan of starting from scratch all over again with a new rental car company. I would be interested in knowing which rental car companies other frequent renters find to be the most customer service oriented and which ones (hopefully the SAME ones) would get me back to premier level services the quickest when starting from scratch?
