I know this has been asked before but I couldn't find a specific answer; perhaps it's YMMV.

I have tried twice to order these and both times have had the orders declined later through email. Is there a surefire way to get them approved? I tried ordering $3k cards on CSP. I saw a few comments saying that cards had to be $500 to go through. Is this accurate, or is there a way to order $3k cards?
