That's what I assumed was going to happen. I wasn't interested in keeping the card or an Arrival card anyway. I had only applied for the US Airways card as a hedge to see if some of the benefits would make it worthwhile to retain post merger. Since the card's benefits next year duplicate Citi's offering, this card is redundant.
